President - Graeme West
Graeme is a business change management leader with extensive experience in business leadership, relationship building, continuous improvement, communication, project management and the implementation of strategic change. Business leadership, improvement initiatives and change management are the strong linkages through a diverse progression of roles in Government, corporate and social profit sectors. Graeme has had extensive involvement in the welfare sector including managing a youth support centre in Dandenong and leading a collaboration project involving 10 organisations looking to work more effectively together.

Vice President - Corey Johnson
Corey works as Legal Counsel at Medibank and has previously worked in a legal capacity in the energy infrastructure industry and in private practice. Corey also has experience as a Sustainability Manager, focusing on community involvement and sustainability strategy for business. Corey has previously served on the Committee for Youthlaw, a pro bono legal service to young people and has participated in a Mentoring program for the unemployed

Treasurer - Leeam Neery
Leeam is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia. Leeam's areas of expertise include performing audits, tax, due diligence and a variety of other financial consulting services.

Liz Rouse
Liz has extensive experience in the early childhood and disability sectors. She is currently Lecturer, Early childhood education at the Australian Catholic University. Liz has worked in early childhood intervention, and in disability services in both Community based programs and the Department of Human Services in the Western and Northen Regions of Melbourne. Liz also operates a private consultancy business providing support, advice and professional development to services in the education and family services sectors.

Tracey Cohen
Tracey is a lawyer with an Arts/Law (Hons ) degree from The University of Melbourne. She has excellent analytical, communication and decision making skills from her work experience and University qualifications. Tracey also has committee and fundraising experience, through her involvement with 3 different schools and several children’s sports clubs. |

Michael Donelly
Mike is a volunteer with Extended Families alongside his professional life is as Dean of a university business faculty. His extensive business and leadership experience, including being Principal Special Adviser to the First Minister of Scotland, has provided the opportunity to gain experience of managing and leading large, complex organisations.
Mike is well placed to assist with the strategic work of Extended Families, having previous experience on the Board of Quarriers in Scotland and also chairing their Fundraising Committee. Mike enjoys sailing, golf and knitting!
