Business leadership, improvement initiatives and change management are the strong linkages through a diverse progression of roles in Government, corporate and social profit sectors. Graeme has had extensive involvement in the welfare sector including managing a youth support centre in Dandenong and leading a collaboration project involving 10 organisations looking to work more effectively together.
