How to Apply

Families are able to refer themselves or can ask their case manager or other support service to make a referral.  Filling out an email is all it takes to start the process.

Send an email and your EFA Regional Coordinator will call you to talk about your needs.
Families should note that the process of finding a suitable volunteer may not happen quickly.  With more demand for EFA support than volunteers and resources available, a waiting period is likely to occur.

EFA will support families from a non-English speaking background by arranging a telephone interpreter where required. Our Vietnamese speaking worker is based at the Glenroy Office.
